Tech Exhibitor Space (For Digital Showcases)

Purpose: Ideal for startups, IT companies, and digital solution providers who want to showcase interactive technology and engage attendees with hands-on demos.

Table Arrangement: Choice of 6-foot or 8-foot table with premium draping or custom-branded tablecloth.
Seating: 2–3 chairs provided for exhibitors.
Technology Display: Laptop or desktop for digital demonstrations, tablet stands for interactive presentations, and a large monitor or TV screen on a stand (if available).
Power & Connectivity: Access to dedicated power outlets and reliable Wi-Fi or wired internet for live demos.
Promotional Materials: Distribution of brochures, flyers, product cards, and branded giveaways (e.g., USB drives, pens, or tech gadgets).
Signage & Branding: Backdrop or pull-up banners highlighting the brand, with optional LED signage for added visibility.
Engagement Tools: QR codes for instant product information or registrations, demo devices such as VR headsets, tablets, or software workstations.

Hospitality / Giveaway Booth

Purpose: This booth is designed to attract visitors with hospitality and free items, encouraging brand recognition and friendly engagement while increasing traffic flow.

Table Arrangement: One 6-foot or 8-foot table with branded tablecloth. Optional side counter for refreshments or giveaways.
Chairs/Staffing: 2–3 staff members available to greet attendees.
Hospitality Features: Light snacks, candies, or packaged refreshments. Coffee/tea station or bottled water. Branded cups, napkins, or packaging.
Giveaway Items: Branded merchandise (pens, tote bags, mugs, lanyards, USB drives). Raffle entries, coupons, or prize draws.
Signage & Branding: Bright, attractive banners or backdrop. “Hospitality Booth” / “Relax & Refresh” signage.
Engagement Tools: Spinning wheel or digital raffle entry. QR codes for discount vouchers or product sign-ups.
Extra Setup: Decorative elements like flowers, balloons, or lights to create a welcoming feel.

Exhibit Space Guidelines:

1. Table Space sharing is not permitted.
2. Onecompany/organization per Table Space
3. Table Space fees paid in full at time of reservation.
4. As per the contract for: electricity, additional furniture, equipment rentals, labor for installing and/or dismantling your exhibit display. This requires additional fee payments to UCG Event.
5. Shipping: Your organization will be handling all shipping and exhibit details. Once you complete the application and submit approved payment, your information will be sent to UCG who will be in touch regarding shipping details.
Security:   The exhibit hall is located in the main conference center and cannot be adequately secured each evening. UCGEvent does not provide security. Anything you leave in the exhibit area will be at your own risk.
 6. Table Spaces must be staffed during opening, exhibit breaks, featured events, and closing prize drawing time.
