Presentation Participation Fee: After registering your presentation, the Participation Fee is required. Your presentation will be included in the official conference program only after the fee has been paid. Upon confirmation, you will receive your Presentation Acceptance Letter.
Visa Invitation – Mandatory Fee (For International Participants):
For participants traveling from outside the UAE, a mandatory fee is required to process and issue the official visa invitation letter. This letter, containing your passport and travel details, ensures timely support for your visa application. DTCM permission will be applied on your behalf.
Accommodation Options During the Event:

  • Single Occupancy – £200: Ideal for individual attendees seeking a private room.
  • Double Occupancy – £300: Recommended for participants traveling with a co-presenter, colleague, or companion. Accommodates two guests in the same room.
  • Triple Occupancy – £450: Suitable for participants accompanied by two colleagues or companions. Accommodates three guests in one room.

 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and changes to your registration:

  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
    Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
    1. Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
    2. Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.

 All changes must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance of the event date.
