Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers and Poster presenters):

Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.

Review Process: Your abstract will be reviewed by the Emirates Pathology Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.

Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you’ll receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.

    Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
    1. Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
    2. Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.

   All changes must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance of the event date.
